…MONOLOGUE MAYHEM WORKSHOP!…

• Have a Monologue you want to perform?
• Want to learn how to perfect your monologue for that upcoming audition?
• Just want to perform that monologue you love?
• Then this is the workshop for you!
• 3 SESSIONS, 3 WEEKS
• Leading to your moment to shine with a solo performance of your chosen work.

  This workshop will help you explore, breakdown and breakthrough that monologue you’ve been trying to get your head around. You’ll build confidence, receive feedback and critique and best of all get to perform it in front of your peers to what we’re positive will be standing ovations!
  All of this in a sharing, open and honest environment that will help push you forward and up to that next step on your ladder of theatrical ambition.

  **You need to come prepared with a 2Min monologue already studied to read off hand (doesn’t need to be perfect!)**

  Monologues can be from a play, novel or film. The piece MUST be scripted and not include any other character parts during the 2min duration.

Workshop Dates / Times:
Saturday 9th October / 6pm – 9.45pm
Saturday 16th October / 6pm – 9.45pm
Saturday 23rd October / 6pm – 10pm

This workshop costs JUST £25.00 per person to attend!

Hello All!

After  a successful 1st term launch this Spring we are pleased to  announce a Summer Special one day Drama workshop to commence the first weekend in September 2010 (All days and times TBC).

The day will see all of you wonderful aspiring actors come together to work on scripts, learn various theatre techniques, devise and perform for each other. As well as learn about the Acting  industry as a whole!

It will be definite fun and an educational insight into what Aspire 2 Act Drama School is really about.

Im so excited to be starting the Aspire 2 Act journey with you – Its been a long term goal of mine to create a creative space for peformers that shuns the elitist industry that is all to familiar within the Dramatic Arts and create a place and environment that is accessible and affordable for all.
